Hi I’m Rachel.

I am a full time wedding and portrait photographer and I absolutely love my job. I live in Phenix City, AL. with my husband and daughter AnnaLee Grace. At a very young age, AnnaLee had to go through some really challenging times  which caused me to quit my job and stay home. My passion for photography came from a season of rediscovering myself. I finally stepped out of fear and found my true passion in life. Since AnnaLee was born, I have always said she has taught me how to be brave.

It Takes Bravery

After picking up my camera, I soon discovered that Wedding Photography was something I wanted to do full-time. Wedding Photography is nothing short of a dream come true for me - a dream I didn’t even know I had for myself. I knew from the moment I met my first bride I wanted to make it my life’s mission to serve them well.  Whether it was  fluffing a dress, carrying a bouquet, or laughing with a bride, I found it to be such an honor.

As your photographer, I will create a very relaxed, fun but also direct session. I strive to get to know every client so I can capture their true personalities and emotions in their portraits. My clients are real people, not models.  I aim to make everyone feel at ease and comfortable in front of the camera. I give a lot  of directions. You will know exactly what to do during portraits. I will help you to look your best, and will put you in scenarios and poses that will bring out your best.
